Trainer system

TETRAsim offers interactive trainings to help create scenarios and tasks for a single trainee (individual exercise) or for a group of trainees (group exercise). TETRAsim interactive trainings are the best way to teach and enforce your organization's communication protocol. Individual trainings

Individual trainings are exercises for a single simulator and trainee. Each exercise consists of a series of steps and goals that the trainee must complete. Having completed the exercise, the trainee will get automatically generated , valid and objective feedback on his actions. A report is sent to the trainer’s computer, providing the trainer with the necessary tools to evaluate the trainee’s performance.

Group trainings

Group training is an extension to individual training. With group trainings, the teacher can plan and manage exercises that require co-operation and problem solving skills between the trainees. One of the greatest benefits achieved is the cross-organizational communication.

A set of ready made exercises is also supplied with the package to help the trainer get started, accompanied with a picture and sound gallery.
