TETRAsim Online Course

TETRAsim offers online courses on all main TETRA terminals. The courses cover various aspects of the radio usage and can be used as the end-users' first introduction to new terminals. The courses can be customised to reflect the customer's own radio and network parameters, providing an exact simulation of the look and feel of the radio. Courses can be requested in any language.

In the suggested course structure, the features of a radio are divided into two learning entities, a Basic Course and an Advanced Course. Refer to the Cassidian, Motorola and Sepura subsections for the contents of the standardised Basic Courses. The course structure can, however, be tailored to suit the different levels of radio usage in the customer organisation.

Online training is especially effective in large-scale training, providing a method to ensure that all users possess the needed skills to operate a TETRA terminal. The users' progress can be observed and standard curricula can be set. The online platform can be hosted either on a web server or in the customer's intranet.
