We can time map our students’ decision making process and point out the necessary improvements needed. With the simulation tool we can, for the first time, reach the professional level needed in terminal handling.

It is not enough that our students receive re-training every 2nd year. In order to maintain the professional level of expertise, it is vital to have a simulation tool available for self-training.

We do not need to purchase TETRA terminals dedicated only for training purposes. All our terminals are in the field, for operational use only. A lot of money is saved, and the readiness in the field remains high.

TETRAsim Training System has been used both for TETRA beginners as well as for advanced users. We have been able to create realistic and efficient trainings for both target groups.

While traditional TETRA training with real devices is vulnerable to echo effect, TETRAsim system provides group training without any such disturbances. In addition to group training, our students have been delighted about the possibility to engage in self-training, too.

The TETRAsim Training System replicates the real TETRA network and terminals everywhere from talk groups to visual representation: All the TETRA functions can be easily learned by using TETRAsim. And when mistakes happen, no actual harm is caused outside the training facility. This is essential!

After training the trainers, we were convinced that the TETRAsim training simulator is a good solution for training of all user organizations.

There are also plans to extend our training solution to train people on new TETRA terminal functions either at home or at the office. Completed exercises are notified directly to the trainer's workstation. This kind of controllability gives great value to us.
