The simulator training may be based on real situations. A real car accident, for example, can be scripted as a TETRAsim training simulator exercise.

Scenario-based training is complicated, unmeasurable and uncontrollable.

Dispatcher gets a notice of an accident. As in real life, the dispatcher calls units to the emergency site. The essence of TETRAsim training is to learn to communicate correctly

The co-operation between different authorities is difficult and hard to organize.

In TETRAsim training, every action is measured and analyzed. After the training, the instructor gives feedback to the group. The performance must meet the standards, or additional training is carried out.
